Returns and Exchanges
- Unopened items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Opened products, damaged packaging, or missing components cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
- Returns will be processed to the original form of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used products (including trading card packs, board games, miniatures, paints, and accessories).
- Special orders, clearance items, and gift cards.
- Digital products or event entries.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of purchase or receipt. We’ll assist in arranging a replacement or help you contact the manufacturer for warranty support.
In-Store Purchases
All in-store returns must be made at the location where the item was purchased, accompanied by the original receipt.
Online Orders
For items purchased through fenrisgamingllc.com, please contact us at fenrisgamingllc@gmail.com before sending any returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
